OVERCOMING YOUR "STRESS" WORKING IN THIS WAY



1. Draw Breath Inside

The first way you can try when the stress at work is over, breathe deeply. Because in times of stress, your body tends to breathe faster than normal. This method can make your body relax and reduce your stress level. Try this way over and over again.

2. Listening to Music

If you're tired with work, take a moment, then listen to your favorite music. Listen for 15 minutes to 30 minutes to increase your concentration. Try listening to Music without lyrics, because this type of music is the most ideal type to lower stress levels.

3. Do a little exercise
